EFIWE POEMS: Laze Written By @i_am_Asmics

Who knew the past was a boomerang?
And would echo like songs I sang?
Wisdom was the gain when I resonated,
To the acts I thought to be belated.

I found myself drowning in nemesis,
And my heart beats in pieces.
Mind filled with just regrets
As I nurture what I should neglect.

Mama told me laze helps none,
But how could a boy have known?
When he wasn't living in reality.
And was a misfit in the society.

Living in regrets is more laze.
The moment is what I should embrace.
And fear is what the future breeds.
Though only God tends to my needs.
